I'm debating on getting memory maker for our October trip. It will be my husband, our 2 kids (5 & 4) & my mom. if we get it do you think the fee is worth it? i'd hate to prepay ..maybe take our own photos but count on memory maker & have issues

    Hi Jen,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am a big fan of Memory Maker so I think the cost is totally worth it! The number one reason I love Memory Maker is everyone gets in the photo. Disney's photographers take photos at the parks all day, every day. The photographers know how to frame a shot and get both your family and the castle in focus.

Memory Maker also includes ride photos and photos from select dining locations. All you have to do is tap your MagicBand or Memory Maker card and you have pictures of your family saving the galaxy on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

I also love that Memory Maker is an all digital product. You can add fun borders to your photos and download as many times as you need. You can also print and share to your heart's desire.

I will add that some of my favorite photos from Disney are of my parents and my children when we traveled together several years ago. The Disney photographers were able to coax smiles from everyone at the same time!

If you decide to purchase Memory Maker, be sure to do it at least three days in advance of your vacation for a great savings.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
