    Sharon from Florida Asked

I´m from Costa Rica, and I´m taking for the first time my 4 year old to Magic Kingdom, and I´m not sure which day is the best. Can you give me your advice between Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 of December? Thank you so much!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sharon! I’m excited to know that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your Mouseketeer! My four-year-old loves visiting during the Holidays!

If it were up to me, I would plan a visit to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I took a quick look at the calendar and the party will be in full swing on Tuesday, December 17th. I think the both of you will enjoy this whimsical party at the Magic Kingdom Park for lots of reasons!

First of all, it’s a great value because you will be able to start enjoying the theme park as early as 4:00 p.m., even though the party does not officially begin until 7:00 p.m. You and your daughter will also be able to enjoy complimentary holiday treats until midnight! Queue wait times are a lot shorter because only a limited number of guests who have a special event ticket will be allowed entry. It’s so nice to be able to explore the park with smaller crowds!

Sharon, best of all, you get to see the most popular man of the season, Santa Claus himself! Santa and his reindeer make the perfect addition to Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and our favorite classic Disney characters join the fun, dressed up in their holiday best.

To purchase tickets for this special event from Costa Rica, you should call the resort directly at (407) 939-5277. Or you can speak to your local travel agent for details.

I hope my suggestions have been helpful! If you have any other planning questions you will always be able to find us here or at Disney Parks Moms Panel en Español
