I'm completely clueless and overwhelmed in planning this trip! We're(my & hubs and 2 boys - ages 3 & 4) arriving on Dec 27.....so at 180 days out, which decisions do I need to have made, scheduled, booked?!

    Hey Ashley,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so happy you have reached out to us and sent us your great question. I hope I can help make it easier for you to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Disney Resort hotel Guests can begin to make dining reservations 180 days before the day of their arrival to the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests may make up to 10 days of reservations that very same day. You can make your Advance Dining Reservations online by accessing your My Disney Experience account or by dialing (407) WDW-DINE, (407) 939-3463.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you may begin making your FastPass+ selections 60 days before the start of your vacation at 7 A.M. EST by logging into your My Disney Experience Account and navigating to the FastPass+ section. If you are staying off-property,  you may begin making your FastPass+ selections 30 days before the start of your vacation. Please keep in mind that you must have a valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket or annual pass linked to your account in order to start making FastPass+ selections.

Ashley, I hope I have answered your question. I would love to help you further. If you have any more questions, please reach out to me again! I wish you an unforgettable vacation.
