If I'm booking a FP+ res. that me, my husband and 7 yo can ride, but my 3 year old cant and we plan to rider swap. Do I book all of us, or just two of us? For example. Do I book reservation for Me and my 7 yr old and NOT do my husband. Or do I do us all?

    Hi Margaret,

Thank you for your question!  My husband and I have loved using Rider Switch in Walt Disney World’s four Theme Parks.  As you know, this handy service allows two or more adults to take turns waiting with children who are too small to experience an attraction, without the need to wait in line twice.

From your question, I understand that your husband and 7-year-old will ride the attraction for which you’ve made a FastPass+ selection, while you wait with your 3-year-old.  Afterwards, you plan to experience the attraction, and, because you were waiting alone with your youngest, you can even bring your 7-year-old along to ride with you. Sometimes, it really pays to be an older sibling!

In order to make sure that everyone who is able to ride the attraction gets their chance to do so, I would recommend ensuring all of the members of your party hold a FastPass+ selection for that attraction on the same date and time.

    Have a Magical Day!
