    I'll be visiting 12/31/19-1/7/20. I just ordered an annual pass for one of the members of our group. Where can I find the ticket number I need to enter into the app so that I can start making reservations this Thursday (180-day mark)?

    Hi Carrie,

    How exciting! When you hit that 180-day mark, not only can you begin making dining reservations, but park hours will also be released, so you can really start to see your trip itinerary come together! Here's a tip where I gave some suggestions on how to plan dining reservations for the entire length of your trip when official hours haven't yet been released. Hopefully that will help!

    How great, too, that at least one of you will have an annual pass. Be sure to check out all of the wonderful perks and discounts, as saving on shopping, dining, Disney Resort hotel rooms, and experiences really helps stretch your Disney dollars! Perhaps my favorite discount is being able to download all of the Disney PhotoPass photos. The great news is that if you're all linked together via the Family & Friends list, your friend with the annual pass will be able to view, share, and download the photos and videos of up to 25 fellow Mouseketeers!

    While you won't need tickets linked to everyone to make dining reservations at the 180-day point, you will need valid tickets or annual passes linked to make FastPass+ selections 30-60 days ahead of time. If the annual pass didn't automagically link to the correct My Disney Experience account when you purchased it, Hakuna Matata...no worries! You should have received an email with a confirmation number and you may use that confirmation number here to link it yourself within My Disney Experience. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact a Cast Member and he or she will be happy to help you. Once you arrive at "The Most Magical Place on Earth," anyone with an annual pass certificate will want to take the certificate that was emailed as well as a valid photo ID to a theme park ticket window or Guest Relations at Disney Springs to activate the annual pass, receive a card, and begin their magical year.
