Hello! I w ill be visiting with my family in April and our resort is already fully booked. What type of time frame do we need to have with getting to our dining reservations? One night we have reservations at another resort, will the bus take us there?

    Hi Stacey,

April is right around the corner so now is a great time to be planning Advance Dining Reservations, scheduling your days and having FastPass+ options available for booking 60 days prior to check-in.

First, you want to go ahead and make your Advance Dining Reservations. This guarantees a seat for at least one meal. We generally make a reservation for dinner every night. This gives us a chance to catch up on the day and decide if we want to stay in the park or head home for the evening.

When thinking about table service options, you may want to eat outside the park at a restaurant in a resort nearby. We tend to do this to take a break from the crowds and the resorts have so many great options.

As for traveling to another resort for a reservation, rarely can you go from resort to resort. Generally, you need to go to a theme park or Disney Springs and then transfer to another form of transportation to get to another resort. If you can, plan to be in a theme park near the reservation that day and use that as your transfer point. You can do the same thing for your return or take a taxi or Uber.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
