I'll be staying at Disney's All Star Sports. I'm planning to do some online shopping before traveling. Are you used to receiving parcels at the hotel and delivering them to guests? How much do you charge for each parcel received? Tks!

Hello Patricia and thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel all the way from Buenos Aires!

As a fellow international traveler, I also take full advantage of stateside shopping when traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort.  The good news is that one of the many services available to Disney Resort hotel guests is mail and parcel delivery services.  Therefore you can certainly ship your online purchases to Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort and they will be held for you until check in or delivered to your room by bell services. (Please note that you do have to be present in your room for bell services to make delivery of any package).

You will want to ensure that your package is addressed to yourself and that you are designated on the shipping label as a guest. I also always try to put my arrival date on the label as follows: “Trish A., Guest Jan.10-15/17”.  As sometimes there is limited room on an online mailing address form, I will often include both my first and last name in the space designated for “First Name”, allowing me to write “Guest Jan.10-15/17” in the space designated for “Last Name”.

The mailing address for Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is as follows:

    Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
    1701 West Buena Vista Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8401

Please note that currently there is a $5 per package handling fee which may be charged for all packages delivered to your Resort hotel.

    Happy Shopping,

    Trish
