I’ll be attending with my almost 3 year old and my 7 year old to Walt Disney. Unfortunately, due to time we can only attend one park. Which one is best recommended? I would like both to enjoy their time there!

    Hi Michelle,

I hope that you and your Mouseketeers are getting excited for your upcoming vacation to the most magical place on earth! You are going to have a BLAST!

If you only have one day to visit a theme park, I'd definitely recommend visiting Magic Kingdom Park. While I love each of the four theme parks and have favorites at each one, I feel like Magic Kingdom Park will you give you all the warm, fuzzy Disney feelings and is perfect for your kids' ages. You'll be able to step into some of your favorite stories, meet your favorite characters, and enjoy exciting adventures. Where else can you fly on an elephant, sail with a funny skipper through the rivers of the world, and defeat the evil emperor Zurg? There are lots of entertaining attractions that you'll all be able to experience together, and I'd definitely recommend enjoying the Festival of Fantasy Parade and Happily Ever After, which are both spectacular!

Be sure to take advantage of FastPass+ to minimize your time waiting in lines and free up your day for even more magic and fun! You'll be able to make three selections for your day 60 days in advance if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel and 30 days ahead of time if you're staying elsewhere. Did you know that once you've enjoyed those three selections, that you may use the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk to make additional FastPass+ selections, one at a time, until the theme park closes?

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle, and have a truly magical vacation! I hope that you and your kiddos make memories to last a lifetime!
