Ihave a room for 10/8-10/11. My flight is 9:50pm on the 11th. MK is open from 8am-12am on the 11th with EMH for 12 am-2 am. If I change my flight to 6am on the 12th, could I stay until 2am at MK, & then leave for MCO w/o paying for a room for 10/11?

    Hi Jennifer,

A few more days until your magical vacation starts. And how awesome that you are planning to spend every single minute you can!

Extra Magic Hours are one of the many benefits for Disney Resort Hotel Guests. And they are good from the moment you Check-In until the day you Check-Out. Evening ones are my preferred and my family and I have closed down the Theme Parks on numerous occasions.

Although you could surely fly out on the following morning after having fun at Magic Kingdom Park until late, you would not be able to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express. This complimentary service to the Orlando International Airport must be used before midnight of the day you Check-Out. Remember that you must Check-Out of your room by 11:00 a.m. but Bell Services can keep your luggage. You could then take a private transfer to the airport. Car Rentals are an option too.

One last tip: be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app. It keeps getting better and better. With the latest version, you can even order food at several Quick-Service locations throughout the Resort. See you real soon!
