    Hello, I'd like to rent a car while on vacation. Is there a way to still use the shuttle from the airport to our Disney Hotel- Caribbean, & pick up our car at the hotel? I'd love to take advantage of the Disney transportation to & from the airpor”

    Hi Patricia,
    Yes, there is a way to rent a car while on vacation - and National/Alamo car rentals (on Disney property) make it really easy!

    Book your car rental now with National/Alamo and confirm that your pick up will be at the Car Care Center at Walt Disney World .  They have a courtesy shuttle pick up at any Disney resort - just call (407) 824-3470 at least one hour (and up to 24 hours) prior to the time you want a pick up.  They will pick you up at your resort, bring you to the Car Care Center (where you will do the paperwork and get your car) and then you are on your way.

    The Car Care Center is open Monday to Friday 6 am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 6 pm.   You can also return your car at this location and hop on the courtesy shuttle back to your resort, as long as you return your vehicle at least 15 minutes prior to their closing time.
