Hi! I'd like to book a room at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for my family .. are they allowed visitors while staying there? Cheers! Denise

    Bonjour Denise,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question about my absolute favourite Walt Disney World Resort hotel: Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge!

If I understand your question correctly, you’re wondering whether people who aren’t staying at this Resort hotel can visit their friends or family members who are staying there.

I’m pleased to report that visitors are absolutely allowed to walk around and explore Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and its amenities, including the various animal observation points located throughout its grounds.

The only exception that I can think of is the fact that the pool area (both the Uzima Springs pool area at Jambo House and the Samawati Springs area at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, next door) are restricted to Guests who have chosen to stay at this location.

I hope my answer helps you plan your family’s upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également nous poser des questions en français!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
