My husband, 3 1/2 yr old daughter and I are going to WDW at end of Feb. We are staying 3 1/2 days. For child this age, where should we concentrate our time, what are the "must see and do" things that we need to plan for?

Dana without a doubt I would say that you are probably going to be seeing a lot of the Magic Kingdom.  Don't get me wrong, there are fantastic things to do at each and every park, but I am guessing she will want to go back to MK as much as possible.  At the MK you have Fantasyland which is home to the carousel, Dumbo, Pooh's ride, It's A Small World, Peter Pan and Snow White's Adventures.  (Remember Snow White's ride can be scary to some little ones.)  And that is just in Fantasyland.  Also in MK is Toontown where she can meet many of her favorite characters, princesses and even Mickey Mouse.  Make sure you get her an autograph book as each character she meets she will want to get their autograph and a picture.
Another great park for that age is Disney's Hollywood Studios.  The Playhouse Disney Live show is precious, as well as Ariel's Voyage of the Sea show.   In front of the Scorceror's Hat there are also many opportunities to meet wonderful characters.  These would be just a few of my suggestions for her age.  I hope she has a magical time at WDW.
