My husband, me and our 2 year old are going in Dec. I've been once but they never have! Since it is only us is it worth utilizing rider switch or would it be better to just get a fast pass for both us and go separately after each other?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Danielle! I thought taking my little kids to Walt Disney World Resort was going to be such a chore, but it was divine! Watching the real, tangible magic unfold in their eyes is something I treasure.

If I were you and your family, I would absolutely utilize Rider Switch while combining it with FastPass+ reservations. Because the waiting chaperone is assigned a complimentary FastPass+, you can double your thrill rides while enjoying other family attractions together. Make you reservations wisely noting that the return time for a waiting chaperone is about the current wait time minus ten minutes. That’s a great time to grab a snack, or enjoy a low-wait time ride like Prince Charming’s Carousel or the People Mover. You can also visit the four main Theme Park’s Baby Care Centers if you should need them between fun stops. They offer a cool place to rest and nap, nurse, change a diaper or even warm a bottle. There’s a full store of baby and toddler supplies, too. My family always makes a stop at Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios if only for the toddler sized potties!

If I can do something to make travel with your preschooler easier, please let me know. And as Tigger says, TTFN, TaTa For Now! ~ Lindsey P.
