    Anna from KY Asked

My husband and I are going to WDW for the 2nd time together in October (we have no kids..yet!). Any recommendations about any extra events or activities that's best for grown-ups who are still very much kids at heart? Thanks!

Hi Anna! You have picked a super time to head to Disney with your husband! You will be down there for the great Epcot Food and Wine Festival. There will be activities and events going on every day throughout the World Showcase featuring wines, beer, and food from around the world. There are seminars, tastings, lunches and dinners so plenty to keep your interest. Or you can simply walk and graze which is what many guests enjoy doing. There will be entertainment at night usually featuring name bands or groups from the past so the place does keep hopping right up to closing!

Consider a tour while you are there. If budget permits try the Wild Africa Trek in the Animal Kingdom. Or something a little less that is fun is the Segway tour either in Epcot or Fort Wilderness (my recommendation).

For a special dining treat look into the wine and food pairing dinners at Citricos or the Flying Fish.  California Grill is also a favorite for couples for a romantic dinner. For after hours head over to the Boardwalk area and stop in JellyRolls for some dueling piano fun!

Last but certainly not least check out the recreation: horseback riding, parasailing, golf, fishing guide, or rent a Sea Raycer or a pontoon Fireworks Cruise boat.
