    Hi there Lynette,

Well that was fun greeting a fellow Lynette! Thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and for your question. I hope you are having a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day.
With your husband's disability, the Disneyland Resort has wheelchair and ECVs available for rent for use in both Disneyland Resort theme parks. Here is some information regarding attractions for Guests with Mobility Disabilities including those that allow Guests to remain in their wheelchairs or ECVs, those that require Guests in ECVs to transfer to wheelchairs to board and those that require Guests to be mobile to enjoy.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) Card is designed to accommodate Guests who aren't able to wait in a conventional queue environment due to disability (including non-apparent disabilities). Your husband will visit the main entrance Guest Relations to discuss his disability and concerns with the Cast Member to see if the Disability Access Service Card (DAS) would benefit his needs. This is determined case by case. Your husband's photo will be taken for the issued card. The Cast Member will review all the guidelines of the DAS card with you.

Regarding your question, while visiting the Disneyland Railroad, you may park your ECV where it is convenient for you near the station. If you decide to park your ECV, the best option is to board the train at the Disneyland Railroad - New Orleans Square because there is designated parking.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie-dusted visit. If you have any more questions, please visit me here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
