My husband will be visiting for my college graduation. It will be just the 2 of us. We are larger in size and wondering how that will effect the enjoyment of the rides. Also is there anything special we can do to celebrate my graduation?

    Hi Bobby Jo,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on your college graduation! That is certainly reason to celebrate.

Although my husband considers himself to be a bigger guy, he has been able to enjoy all of the attractions with us. Some rides are a bit of a tighter fit or just difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility challenges so keep that in mind. If mobility is a concern for either of you, I encourage you to review the Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities. Those services have been a lifesaver for my family. I always suggest that guests search YouTube videos to find videos of attractions. Those videos have helped us see the line queues and ride vehicles.

Celebrations at the Walt Disney World Resort are my favorite! We have ordered from Disney Floral & Gifts. They have a wide array of possibilities. The one that I suggest for you is My Magical Triumph. It is a remarkable way to celebrate all that you endured for this achievement. Call 407-939-4438 to speak to a Dream Maker if you need assistance. You could also order from Cakes at Walt Disney World Resort and have the cake delivered to a restaurant where you have an advanced dining reservation. Or, for something extra special, review the Enchanted Extras Collection. My girls loved our Caring for Giants Tour and they adored Afternoon Tea at Garden View Tea Room.

Bobby Jo, we are so proud of you for this amazing accomplishment. You wished on a star and caught a dream!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
