My husband and I visited the park this past Sunday with a 1 day park hopper ticket however neither one of us purchased a MaxPass and I am trying to purchase all my photos. Also, wanted to do the upgrade but I missed the chance to do it, bummer!! Any recs?

Hi there, Esmeralda, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you had a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth this past Sunday!

Hakuna matata – no worries! I’m happy to report that you can recover and purchase your photos even though you didn’t purchase Disney MaxPass during your Disneyland Resort visit. Your Disney PhotoPass photos will be available for 45 days from the date they were taken, and can be purchased individually. Here’s how it works:

    1. First, log into your Disney account, and link your PhotoPass photos by entering the unique ID found on  your PhotoPass card or cards.
    2. Now, you can preview your photos on Disneyland.com or with the Disneyland app.
    3. Select your favorite photos from your gallery and purchase them as downloads or prints.
    4. You're all set!

You can even choose from these adorable frames and albums on shopDisney to keep your Disneyland Resort memories alive forever!

Also, I’m so glad to hEAR that you’re considering joining the Annual Passport family! There are so many exciting benefits that come along with being an Annual Passholder. As for upgrading your theme-park ticket to an Annual Passport, here’s the scoop: Your 1-Day Park Hopper Ticket would need to be upgraded by midnight on the day of your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Ticket upgrades can be done on the Disneyland app, or at any Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booths. Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have missed the window to upgrade your ticket. If you’re still interested in continuing the fun at the Happiest Place on Earth, I’d recommend checking out the new Disney Flex Passport, which is a great option in terms of value and flexible scheduling.

You may also want to take a look at the Disney Southern California Select Annual Passport. It’s a great deal if you live within the ZIP codes of 90000 to 93599! Since you’re a California resident, you may also be able to take advantage of the Monthly Payments Option for any Annual Passport, which is available to residents living in ZIP codes 90000-96199 with valid ID.

    Wishing you a zip-a-dee-doo-dah day!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
