My husband is unable to stand for long Is he able to bring in a small foldable seat to sit on while in line?

    Hi there Dianne!

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be so excited for your upcoming visit! Unfortunately, according to the property rules, policies & regulations, you are unable to bring a “folding chair” with you to Walt Disney World Resort. I do recommend renting a wheelchair to help preserve his energy!

My 5-year old has low muscle tone and very little endurance. He usually starts our trips in full gear but around lunch time, he is struggling to even stand in lines. We find it is best to bring his adaptive stroller each and every time we visit the parks. This stroller is more like a children’s wheelchair, since he has now outgrown our traditional stroller. I find that even though he isn’t sitting in it all day, it still comes in handy. It allows him to take a break when he needs it and even gives him a place to sit while waiting in line for an attraction. His wheelchair also helps preserve his energy during our week long visits!

I also recommend making FastPass+ reservations for your “can’t miss” attractions. FastPass+ allows you to skip the Standby line and helps reduce the time spent waiting in line!

    See ya real soon!
