My husband, twin boys and I are planning our First trip to Disney. My question is our boys will be 3 when we arrive. Are their any recommendations on good character dining places or suggestions to make this visit the best for them? We have deluxe dining.

Howdy Hallie! I am so excited for you and your boys! I know you are going to have a magical vacation!

I am the current mom of a 4 year old boy. Some of his favorite dining options and attractions include:

Character Dining: Cape May Cafe - Disney's Beach Club Resort (Character Breakfast Buffet), Chef Mickey's - Disney's Contemporary Resort, Hollywood & Vine - Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Quick Service: Be Our Guest Restaurant - Magic Kingdom Park (Quick Service during lunch and Table Service during dinner. Very popular restaurant. If you can get a reservation for dinner, that would be a great option. Be sure to check out all of the dining areas regardless of where you sit when you are eating.), Gaston's Tavern - Magic Kingdom Park, Wolfgang Puck Express at Downtown Disney Marketplace - Downtown Disney.

Table Service: Coral Reef Restaurant - Epcot, Teppan Edo - Epcot.

    Attractions/Events:
Magic Kingdom: Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial, Dumbo the Flying Elephant (the circus-themed play area is a great place to cool off while your boys enjoy some fun under the big top), Mad Tea Party, Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Pirates League
Epcot: Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, Turtle Talk with Crush
Hollywood Studios: Toy Story Midway Mania (MUST DO!!!)
    Animal Kingdom: Kilimanjaro Safaris

Another one of his favorite things to do is spend time in the pool at the resort. As it does with everything, Disney creates awe-inspiring recreational activities for guests at the resorts. A few minutes in the pool on a hot afternoon can be a great way to cool off and get re-energized for a night in the theme parks.

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your vacation.

    Have a magical day!!
