We (Husband and i) have three kids, one teenager (boy), one pre-teen (girl), and a toddler. Which hotel suits best for this situation? All I see is two queen size beds. My older two, obviously can't put them together. Thanks!

Hello Savina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
That is a very good question. I don’t have teenagers yet, but I can imagine your situation! And I have a great alternative for your family – Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
A beautiful place, you will be surrounded by the magic of Walt Disney and Disney•Pixar movies. Rooms are inspired by animated movies: Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. The best part is your family can stay at a family suite, which can accommodate up to six people. Isn’t it great? More space for all. Besides, they have the largest resort pool at WDW, I am sure your kids will love to have some free time for refreshing and relaxing.
If you need more space, privacy and want to feel more like at home, you could also consider staying at one of the Villas at Disney Resort Hotels. They have kitchenette and some of them come with a full kitchen. Very appropriate for larger families.
I hope this information helps your planning. Come back to visit us soon.
    Have a pixie-dusted day!
