My husband and I are planning our first Disney trip for our 2 year old daughter. We will have a 4 day hopper pass. I would like her to experience as much as possible. Does anyone have suggestions on rides or things highly recommended for her age range?

    Hello Ann!
Seeing the Walt Disney World Resort through the eyes of a young child is a magical experience indeed! Since you have Park Hopper passes for four days there are many ways you could approach this trip. My first recommendation is to do a bit of reading and research. My family's "go to" resource is touringplans.com. This is a subscription based planning tool that is very reasonably priced and is extremely helpful in creating daily itineraries for your trip. They even have specific plans for preschoolers like your daughter. I would also recommend spending some time reviewing Disney's Preschool Parent's Guide to Walt Disney World Resort.  It is packed with great ideas and suggestions to make your vacation dreams come true.

Since there is no way to explore everything there is to do at the Walt Disney World Resort in one visit, I would suggest that you focus your attention on the Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Narrowing your focus to two or three parks will give you time to truly enjoy the magic of each park as well as allow for plenty of time for shows, parades, and naps!

Of course, you can always come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask more questions- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,

I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. While I can’t pick my funniest Disney memory – either my 70-year-old mother on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or my 4-year-old grandson on Dinosaur – I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures.
