My husband and I are planning to bring our 3 grandcildren to Disney world 2011 ages 6, 7 And 9. Could you tell me when the best time of the year would be to bring them and the best place to stay it has been 31 years since we have been . Pleasant for all.

    Donna,

Obviously these kids need to be in school during the school year, but if you can take them in late August (2nd half of the year), you could enjoy somewhat lighter crowds.

As for the best place to stay, I would recommend that with kids that age you might be best served at the Beach Club. They can enjoy the amazing pool complex, and you can all enjoy the nearby BoardWalk at night for age-appropriate entertainment.

If Moderates are more in your budget, go for Port Orleans Riverside for fun ambiance, superior amenities in that resort category, and the boat access to Downtown Disney.

And if Value is the right choice, I would go for Pop Century.

I hope that this helps? Please feel free to write me back with more questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
