Hi, my husband and myself will be celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary in Disney World and I was wondering where is the ultimate place to book for character dining if possible for Thanksgiving this year (also our actual anniversary)? Please & than

Hello, Jenny, and congratulations on your upcoming 10 year wedding anniversary. We celebrated both our 10th and 20th anniversary at Walt Disney World and would you believe my parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary there, too. If it doesn't show, we love Walt Disney World!

When I think of the ultimate character dining experience, my first thoughts are dining at Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. Being inside the castle is such a grand experience, you will feel as if you are royalty. While the characters may vary, the princesses that are there will love getting to wish you a Happy Anniversary. I should caution you that this is an extremely popular restaurant, so I would make your reservations 180 days out. They can be made online at 6 am EST. If you are a Disney resort guest, you can make up to 10 days of reservations when you are 180 days out from your arrival date.

While not quite a character meal, Beast does greet guests during dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom. Between the rose shaped linen napkins to the sparkling chandeliers to the snow falling outside the window of the ballroom, it is a beautifully themed restaurant filled with romance. Again, this is a very popular restaurants where reservations fill up quickly.

If you'd like something to start your anniversary day, dining with Lilo and Stitch at 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for breakfast is lots of relaxed fun.

If you'd like some other dining ideas, please let us know. We are happy to help!

Have a wonderful 10 wedding anniversary celebration! -Kara
