    Alice from CA Asked

Hi, Husband & I will meet my 2 sisters for a magical trip to WDW in Oct. Separate hotel rooms same resort. Flying in from WI, CO and us from CA. Can we all take the same magical express bus to the hotel?

    Hi Alice!

What a fun Walt Disney World Resort vacation you have on the horizon! Not only will you be visiting the most magical place on earth with your hubby, but your two sisters as well. To quote Mary Poppins, it sounds practically perfect!

At least once a year, I travel to Walt Disney World for a girls' getaway. Sometimes it's only a few of us, and sometimes it's twelve to fifteen women, traveling from all corners of the globe. Last October, I shared a villa at Animal Kingdom Lodge with friends from nine different states and one from across the pond (Cornwall, England)! With so many people arriving on the same day, there's typically several of us that have flights landing around the same time at the Orlando International Airport. We usually wait for each other near the Disney's Magical Express area in the airport (Side B, Level 1), and board our Magical Express bus to our resort together.

While your reservation with Disney's Magical Express guarantees you transportation to your resort hotel, you will not be booked on a particular motorcoach. Once you check in at the Magical Express desk, you'll then be seated on the next available bus. If you want to all meet up at the airport and board a bus together, since you'll all be traveling to the same resort, you're more than welcome to do so. Make sure to wear your MagicBand on the day of your flight, or have your MagicBand or your Magical Express paperwork in your carry-on bag, as you'll need to scan your band or present your paperwork before boarding your Magical Express motorcoach.

I hope this helps with your planning, and I hope you have the most magical vacation ever. - Diane W.
