Crystal Palace

Hi! My husband, kids (12,9,2) and mom are coming to Disney for our 3rd time. We’ve done chef Mickey, Hollywood and vine and royal table for character meals and would love to try something new this time. What are 2-3 character meals you’d recommend ?!

    Hello Jessica!

What a great question! My family is ALL ABOUT character meals.  When I asked our 21 and 19-year-old daughters where they wanted to eat this summer, their number one choice was The Crystal Palace. So, I feel I must start there. The Crystal Palace character breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and his pals from the 100-Acre Wood is a must-do if only for Pooh's Puffed French Toast! This delicacy is among a vast array of yummy breakfast choices served every day.

My next suggestion is a lunch or dinner fit for princesses and princes at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.  Along with some familiar royal faces, you will find delicious options like Norwegian meatballs, grilled salmon, as well as a Norwegian Smorgasbord filled with cheeses, sliced meats, fruits, and more!

Last, but by no means least, is the Garden Grill Restaurant, located in The Land Pavilion in Epcot. Here you can join Chip 'n' Dale along with Mickey and Pluto in a revolving dining room where the family style meals will leave you full and happy!

Boy oh boy! All this talking about Character Dining has my tummy rumbling!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
