My husband is interested in the Exotic Driving Experience at the WDW Speedway. I can't find info about what is included in the experience other than the drive. How long will the experience last? I'm sure there is a safety course or something?

Hi Jillian and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

The Richard Petty Driving Experience is an amazingly awesome experience for those that have a 'need for speed'--there are different experiences to choose from--here are a few of the highlights:

Rookie Experience:  ($449) 1 session/8 laps in a NASCAR race car.  This experience lasts 2.5 hours.

Experience of a Lifetime:  ($1299) 3 sessions/30 laps and a half-day driving experience. Drivers receive feedback regarding their performance to improve their skills.  This experience lasts half a day.

King's Experience:  ($849) 2 sessions/18 laps, between sessions, drivers will received feedback about their performance to hone their skills on the last 10 lap session.  2.5 hours long

Speedway Challenge:  ($2099) 5 session/50 laps, shop tour, ride along are also included.  This experience lasts 2.5 hours.

Racing Experience:  ($2599) 5 session/50 laps.  This experience lasts 4 hours.  This experience includes a ride along, instruction in lead/follow and tandem driving.

All experiences go through a safety training and course prep.  It really is an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience for NASCAR fans!
