My husband and I have our first ever trip to Disney coming up in just about a week! If we decide to take a Minnie Van will we have the option of charging this to our resort bill so we can pay for the ride with our Disney Gift Cards?

    Hi there, Jennifer!

Can you believe your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is almost here? I am so excited for you and your husband, the two of you are in for a Magical time!

Disney Minnie Van Service is connected by the Lyft app. To use this service you will need to have the Lyft app downloaded to your mobile device. Once you’re ready for your ride, simply open the app anywhere within the Walt Disney World Resort, and request a Minnie Van ride. You will have to pay for the ride through the app, so you are unable to charge it you your room.

However, there are many other amazing benefits to staying at a Disney Resort Hotel including complimentary Resort Transportation. Even after using a Minnie Van myself, I recommend saving a trip for a journey on the Disney Skyliner! Gliding above the treetops made me feel like Buzz Lightyear flying through the sky, or as he says, “falling with style”. It is a breathtaking way of traveling, you won’t want to miss it!

    See you real soon!
