My husband and I both downloaded the new DL app to our phones and noticed that we can purchase tickets on phone and link them together and enter the park using our phones. Since this is a new process how do tickets on our phones work at the FP kiosks?

    Hey Lauren,

Thank you for taking the time to write us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Tigger-riffic day.

By ordering your tickets using the Disneyland App, you have saved time by not having to wait in line at a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth. Once you arrive, head straight to the theme park entrance turnstiles, have your Disneyland App open so the Cast Member can verify your purchased tickets. At that time a Cast Member will give you a standard Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket valid for the applicable purchased days. This ticket will be used to obtain Disney FASTPASS tickets in the parks.

Disney FASTPASS Service is a free and easy-to-use service with participating attractions throughout both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. There are select attractions that have FASTPASS kiosks (these tend to be the more popular attractions). You will insert your Park Admission Ticket into the kiosk and receive a FASTPASS. The FASTPASS will have a Return Time printed on it so you can come back later and avoid the long line at that attraction. Just remember to return within the time window printed on your FASTPASS and then enter through the FASTPASS entrance and not the Standby entrance.

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please write me back on how I can help you plan your pixie dusted vacation.

Now go bounce, bounce, bounce through the Disneyland Resort!
