My husband and I are going to Disney for 2 days, no kids. What parks do you recommend and dining in each.

    Hi Kate,

Oh what a decadent escape you have planned!  Two days at Walt Disney World without children sounds like so much fun.

I'd start out your trip with a day spent at Epcot.  Enjoy the exciting rides in Future World first.  (Start with Soarin' in the Land Pavilion).  Then try some tasty treats along World Showcase for lunch as you shop through the various country pavilions.  For dinner, I recommend a romantic dinner at either Le Cellier in the Canada Pavilion or at the San Angel Inn inside the Mexico Pavilion.  You can't go wrong with either of these choices.  Choose Le Cellier if you enjoy steaks or pick the San Angel Inn if Mexican food sounds more appealing.  Later that evening, sip champagne from the France Pavilion as the two of you watch Illuminations.  Be sure to call (407) WDW-DINE to make advance dining reservations for either of these restaurants.

On day two I'd go to the Magic Kingdom.  Experience a fun-filled day taking in all the classic Disney attractions in addition to the exciting new ones in the New Fantasyland.  Then hop on the monorail for a delicious dinner with breath-taking views at the California Grill atop Disney's Contemporary Resort.  Watch Wishes above Cinderella Castle from your table or from the balcony outside this restaurant.

Have fun on your magical Walt Disney World escape!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
