My husband and daughter will be at WDW for about 8 days staying at FW Cabins. My Mom and Dad who live in FL during the Winter would like to visit with us while we are at WDW. Can they be our guests for a few days in our cabin?

If you've never stayed at Ft. Wilderness, Deborah, you're in for a treat! We've stayed in one of the cabins, and my parents stayed in their RV just a few steps away. The five of you can stay together in your cabin. Yet, please consider that there is a double bed and a set of bunk beds in a small bedroom with a Murphy bed and a sofa in the family room/kitchen area. There is only one bathroom. If you don't mind some "togetherness," you'll enjoy a great time together. Your parents will need to check in at the Reception Outpost to receive a key to the cabin, maps and a parking permit for their car.

Also, keep in mind that Ft. Wilderness is more than just a campground and you may want to take time to explore all there is to offer there including the nightly Chip n' Dale campfire sing-a-long's and movie, horseback riding, Segway tours, and the famous Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue dinner show. Ft. Wilderness is also huge...there is an internal transportation center as well as transportation to/from the parks and Downtown Disney. Like you, we were there for more than a week and found that renting a golf cart to get around the campground proved worth its while. If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
