My husband and daughter love roller coasters, but I'm not a fan. If FP is available for something I don't plan to ride, can I choose FP for only them, or should I choose for myself also and just not use it? What is the best plan?

    Hi Lynn!

This is a great question. Because I am not a big roller-coaster fan, either, I know exactly how you feel. Good thing for you and me that we don't have to book the same FastPass+ choices as other members of our family. We can even book our own and enjoy our favorite Rides and Attractions while they are busy on theirs. It's a great system and is a win-win for everyone.

So here's what you do: create an account on My Disney Experience. Add every member of your group to your My Family & Friends List. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you will be able to choose your FastPasses 30 days ahead. If not, 60 days is your magic number. It will walk you through the process as you choose them online and, at one point, it will give you the option of choosing which members of your My Family & Friends List will be participating in each FastPass+ choice. It's a perfect way to plan individually for each one of you and to be absolutely sure you don't miss any of the magic while you are there.

Thanks for stopping by. We love to help Guests as they plan so please come back if we can do anything else. Best wishes for a fantastic Walt Disney World vacation!

    Have a great day!
