    Maleah from HI Asked

My husband is currently deployed. Is our daughter able to purchase discounted tickets at Disneyland, in person with her Military ID? Thank you for your time!

    Aloha, Maleah!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'd like to also extend my thanks to your husband for his military service! The Disneyland Resort has always been committed to recognizing the service and sacrifice of military families with great offers on tickets and hotel rooms.

If your daughter has an active military dependent ID, she can purchase the specially priced 3-Day or 4-Day Park Hopper Tickets for U.S. Military at your local military base ticket office or directly from the ticket windows when she arrives. I always advise purchasing them beforehand which will save her time. This way, she can go straight to the main entrance of the parks when she arrives. If she brings her paper exchange ticket from the base to the parks, she will just enter the normal park entrance and show that with her military ID. The Cast Member at the park gate will give her a real paper ticket and take her photo. She can then easily link this official park ticket right to her Disneyland app account.

Once you have your park ticket linked to the Disneyland app, you can show this at the park gates to enter, and you can purchase Disney MaxPass. This added feature allows you to make Disney FASTPASS selections right from your mobile device.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions!
