    Inna from CT Asked

My husband has a conference at Coronado Springs at the end of February. My 3 year old and 18 months old and I are tagging along. We decided to stay off WDW in order to get an affordable 1brm suite. Do you think we are better off on WDW property? Confused

I myself am a huge fan of staying on WDW property. I feel that this is particularly important with younger children. In my experience, it is mission-critical to get young kids a nap or at least some sort of down-time during the afternoons. When my kids got off their nap schedule, the ensuing crankiness always ended up making the next part of the vacation very difficult.

Staying on Disney property makes getting back to the room for some rest time so much easier. The very efficient Disney transportation system means that you can usually be back in your room within about half an hour (depending on which hotel you stay at). If you're staying off-site and need to use your car to go back to your hotel, you could eat up half an hour just finding it in the parking lot at the Magic Kingdom. There are some more affordable options for staying on Disney property. You might want to look into the new Family Suites at the All Star Music resort. For more information call the reservations area at 407-W-DISNEY.
