my husband and I will be coming down for Valentines day 2014 and we have annual passes that are blacked out on 2 of the days... can I still pay extra to get in those days?

    Hi Pamela,

The Happiest Place on Earth is such a romantic place for couples. Spending Valentine's Day at the Disneyland Resort will be magical.

You have options with an Annual Passport; you can still visit the parks even on blockout dates by paying a Blockout Day Fee of $84 per day.

You could also upgrade your Annual Passport to one that has fewer or no blockout dates like the Premium Annual Passport. If you decide to go this route, just stop by any Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth to upgrade your passport, at that point, you will pay the full difference between your current Passport and the Premium Passport. Your pass is instantly upgraded along with all your new benefits. However the expiration will remain the same.

I hope you two have a pixie-dusted vacation. Happy Valentine's Day!

    Warm Wishes,

    Lynette
