While my husband is at a business conference, myself &my kids will visit WDW. Accomodation will be paid by his employer & be in the Disney springs. Can I link this booking to My Disney experience, i.e benefit from extra hours & fastpass?

Hello there, Melissa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for reaching back out and allowing us to answer another excellent Walt Disney World Resort question for you!

Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel receive a wide variety of extra perks! In addition to the gorgeous and unique themes, Guests are also offered early FastPass+ reservations, complimentary standard parking at all four theme parks, additional time in the parks through Extra Magic Hours, and so much more!

Some of these benefits, such as Extra Magic Hours, are also offered to Guests staying at participating hotels that are not owned and operated by the Walt Disney Company. These hotels include Disney World Swan Hotel, Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Shades of Green Resort, Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, and Waldorf Astoria Orlando. So, depending on the exact accommodations you and your family receive, you are entitled to specific perks!

With all of that being said, it is possible to link your husband's reservation to your My Disney Experience account as long as you and your children are listed on the reservation as well. Once this is achieved, linking your hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account is quite simple once you have the correct information! All you will need to do is log into your My Disney Experience account and input your hotel confirmation number. From there, you will be able to continue planning for your trip to Walt Disney World Resort!

Please let us know if we can answer any other Walt Disney World Resort questions for you!
