My husband and I are brining our girl, 6, and boy, 4, to Disney in May30-June6. We want to do a mommy/daughter, daddy/son activity and mommy/son, daddy/daughter activity so we can both have a little alone time with each kid. Suggestions?? Thanks!!

What a great idea to plan special activities so you and your husband will enjoy that time with the kids during your vacation!

For your daughter look into a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover and while she is turning into a princess your son can become a great pirate at the Pirates League in the Magic Kingdom.  Both are located in this park and you could book the approximate same time.

Other experiences that might interest you and the children include Legoland in Downtown Disney for one while the other takes a hot air balloon ride located close by.  Lunch at TRex where one could build their own dinosaur to take home or a couple of hours at Disney Quest are also other Downtown Disney ideas.

Recreation themed ideas include fishing and renting the little Sea Raycer boats for a ride around the waters of Disney.  For either of these I suggest you make reservations from one of the resorts located on Bay Lake or Seven Seas Lagoon.

There are probably so many more ideas that I am not even thinking about.  I suggest you read through the Disney website, www.disneyworld.com,  and see if anything else pops up that interests you.
