My husband & I will be bringing our (then) 18-month-old son to WDW in June. We'll be staying at the Contemporary. Where do most people wash their children's cups? In the bathroom sink? Or should we bring Take-n-Toss type cups & just thro?

Hi Wendy!  Traveling with toddlers isn't always easy so I would suggest a combination of both.

I have packed a small container of dish soap so that I have it on hand to do a little wash in the room sink if needed.  However, having the throw away cups has always been the easiest way to go and I don't panic like when I left my grandson's favorite cup at the restaurant we ate at 8 hours ago!!!!!!  Each park has a wonderful baby care center  where you can also purchase many of the items you might have forgotten or lost. Many of the resort stores will also carry toddler "necessities".  Call the Contemporary to see about their policies of shipping a box ahead. I have stayed at the Yacht and Beach Club for the last nine years and have shipped a box of baby and toddler supplies ahead on many trips so we aren't using up precious luggage space with bulky items.

Have a wonderful trip! I will be bringing my 18 month old grandson for a week visit in December!
