    Mariah from KY Asked

me and my husband are big foodies, we enjoy alot of the two dining credit restaurants and find that our table service credit sometimes dont strech. my question is after we use all of our credits can we buy more , can we purchase two dining plans ?

    Hi Mariah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for bringing this great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR! I love dining across Walt Disney World, with all of the options, flavors and combinations. I actually like to say that Disney could technically now be called an Eat Park, too!

Disney Dining Plans are not only a convenient way to pre-pay for your meals at Mickey's house, they also kind of give your vacation an all-inclusive vibe by being accepted in so many locations all across the 'World. And also how cool is it to pay for your meals by simply tapping your MagicBand? The total number of meals allotted to any guest depends on the number of nights you'll be staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. It also depends on the Dining Plan you're using. Of the four plans that are currently offered, three include two meals and two snacks per person per night. However, it sounds like you might benefit greatly from the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, which is three meals and two snacks per day. You still won't be able to schedule every meal at a two-credit location without running out before your vacation is over, but this plan definitely allows for at least one two-entitlement and one one-entitlement meal per day.

While currently there isn't a way to add extra meals to your plan, nor can you have two plans at once, you can use your entitlements creatively. For instance, at a Table-Service meal where you order off of a menu, if I select something simple and drink only water or soda, I'll pay out of pocket for that meal and save that table service credit for a more expensive reservation that I have planned for later, like a buffet or character meal, or at a location where I know I'm going to order an adult beverage. I also love to look for snack entitlement qualifying items that could serve as a breakfast item or small lunch to again save up those table service points. Some of my favorite "snack meals" are the 'croissant jambon fromage' (ham and cheese croissant sandwich that yes, you do want warmed up) from Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie in the France pavilion in EPCOT, the loaded mac and cheese from Eight Spoon Cafe in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, a giant Mickey waffle from Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom Park, or Totchos from Woody's Lunch Box in Disney's Hollywood Studios. And don't forget that the in-park Starbucks locations also accept snack entitlements on all of their hand crafted beverages and most of their food options, so get the venti!

I hope this helped to plan your future Disney Days, Mariah, and We'll See You Real Soon!
