My husband & I, along with our 4 children, 12,9,5,and 2 are planning a trip to WDW. Any recommendations on where to stay? We are on a tight budget.

    Hi Kay,

I hope I can help. Can you visit during August 23-September 20? If so, you would be entitled to free dining if there are rooms available. The Disney Dining Plan would cover a counter service meal, table service meal and snack for everyone in your party. This would be a nice savings.

I would also recommend looking into staying at a Value Resort. The All Star Music has suites which can accomodate up to six people. You would be able to breakfast in your room (bring cereal from home-I do) and then you could use your meals on the dining plan for lunch and dinner. You could also bring snacks from home as well.

If you do not mind cooking while you are here try the other suites which are listed on the link above. You could cook your meals and then save money this way.

I also recommend you look at other answers on this site on how to save money. Darcie has four beautiful children she brings to Disney so she might have some tips for you as well.

    Have a magicla vacation!
