Husband has 2 accounts in MyDisneyExperience. 1 was from our vacay last year-which I administered. Since then he created his own account & this years trip is assigned to his own user. How can I transfer last years remaining tickets to his acct

    Hi Lori!

With your trip coming up soon, we definitely want to get your tickets linked up for you! Especially when it comes to making FastPass+ selections, you’ll need an active ticket for your husband to make his selections.

I have a few ideas that you can try. First, I would try doing it on your own. Go to your My Disney Experience Account and go to the Friends & Family page. Then go to where you have your husband linked from last year with his non-expiring ticket. From there, you should be able to send him an invitation to link up in My Disney Experience. Send this email to the email he uses for his own account, and see if you can get them linked that way.

If that doesn’t work, and your plans are still as tangled as Rapunzel’s hair, I recommend you call Disney directly for assistance. They can certainly help you with My Disney Experience issues. Check out this fun little video to get an overview on how they can help, and give them a call if you are still having difficulty.

Wishing you a Magical Disney Vacation!
