Hubby and I are planning a November vacation with grandparents, 2 boys (ages 7 & 4) at WL, including dining plan. What's best: 2 BR villa, Club level w/ sofa bed or 2 separate rooms? The cost for each is basically a wash. We don't plan on cooking.

    Hi Cate,

If the cost is similar for all three of these room categories, I would definitely take the two bedroom villa in the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  I have stayed in these rooms and they are enormous.  With a large, multi-generational party such as yours, I would argue that this is the best option.  Even though it is called a two-bedroom villa, there are essentially three rooms for you to utilize.  You'll have a master bedroom with a whirlpool tub and a king-size bed.  There's a second bedroom with two queen-size beds or a queen and a full-size pull-out sofa.  (You can request which arrangement you prefer).  Then, in between these two bedrooms is a third room with a full kitchen, private laundry facilities, and a comfortable queen-size pull-out couch.  This would essentially give each of the three generations in your travel party their own room.

Whichever room option you choose, you're going to love Disney's Wilderness Lodge in November.  During this month the resort will be all decked out in its stunning Christmas decorations.  The lobby alone is a jaw-dropping beauty.

If you have any additional questions about staying at the Lodge, feel free to post them.  I stay there often and would be happy to share more details with you about the magic of this enchanting place.

    Wishing you an amazing vacation!
