Hi, we're (me, hubby & DD 6) trying to decide between MNSSHP and MVMCP. We've never been to either event and I know I would love both but we can only do one this year so which would you choose?

Tough call. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? Fortunately, unlike most of life's issues, your dilemma has only great answers so you can not make a bad choice.

Both holiday parties are hosted by Mickey, pass out sweet treats, present special fireworks and parades, provide photo ops with costumed characters, and have a fun, festive holiday feel. While I love the cookies and hot chocolate, the magical snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A., and the Holiday Wishes fireworks of the Christmas party, my vote goes to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

The theming for this fun, rocking event is over the top. Adults, children, and characters in costume, trick or treating all over the park, and villains on the loose create a fun atmosphere that is totally suitable for children of all ages. You will not have to fret that your six year old daughter will be apprehensive. How can you top chocolate candy and a parade led by the Headless Horseman?

So put on your costume and enjoy the park in the dark!
