Will the hotel's hold your bags prior to check in and after checking out. If so is there a cost

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Anita!

You must be planning to squeeze in as much Disney magic as possible during your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! That's exactly what my family and I do each time too!

We tend to take earlier flights into Orlando, so quite often when we arrive to check in at our resort, our room isn't quite ready yet since it is before check-in time. We certainly don't want to just sit around the lobby waiting for it, so we leave our bags at Bell Services at the resort and are off to the parks for the day! There is no charge for them to hold your bags when you first check in, or even for the day after you check out, so that you can enjoy more Disney fun. It is traditional, however, to tip them per bag when you pick up the bags, so bring some cash for that. But, yes, by all means, drop your bags off with them and head out to spend all the time you can in the parks or exploring your resort or doing some shopping at Disney Springs.

Plus, any bags that you tagged with resort tags and sent from your home airport when you take Disney's Magical Express, will arrive on their own and be waiting in your resort room for you later that day, so you don't even have to worry about those!

When you are ready to get your bags, just pick them up from Bell Services, or call from your resort room to have them delivered. Disney makes it super easy for you!

    Have fun planning, Anita!
