    Mike from NE Asked

Which hotel should I stay in for a great view of fireworks at night in Disneyland? Is it better on the concierge level?

    Hello Mike,

Thanks for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

As you know, the Fireworks at the Disneyland Resort are truly spectacular....perhaps the best ending to a magical day at the Happiest Place on Earth!
I always recommend to friends and family that they make an effort to watch the Fireworks at the park so they can enjoy the story, music and narration that is part of the show.

In all the times I've stayed at a Disneyland Resort hotel, I've only viewed the Fireworks from my hotel room once (more on that later).

In general, you can request a hotel room with a Fireworks view but cast members may not guarantee it and explain that the Fireworks show can be cancelled on any given day, due to bad weather.
With that said, the concierge lounges at the Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Grand Californian offer private viewing areas for an additional cost, to guests staying in Club-level rooms.

I personally stayed at Disney's Grand Californian last year with a view of Downtown Disney, which was excellent. It gave us a fantastic view of the Fireworks.

    Hope this helps.

    Have a great day!
