    Allison from FL Asked

Hello, I have a Hospitality Days Pass along with a Guest pass. I am trying to register Fastpass to some rides on My Disney Experience but it says only 1 guest. Does it mean just me or is it both passes? If not, how can I link the Guest pass to mine?

Thanks for bringing your question to the Moms Panel, Allison!  From what I understand, Disney Hospitality Days is an experience-based learning program which includes admission into the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.  It also sounds like eligibility for this program is through companies who are contracted with the Walt Disney World Resort to sell Disney Theme Park tickets.

I understand you are trying to link your passes to your account so you can make your FastPass+ selections for your upcoming visit.  I found some instructions online with details on how to link your Disney Hospitality Days Pass and Guest Pass to your My Disney Experience account.  Once you do this, there are also directions on how to reserve FastPass+ selections, which you'll be able to do seven days in advance of your trip.  If this doesn't work, try sending an e-mail to the Disney Hospitality Days Administration team at: destinationsales@waltdisneyworld.com.

I hope you have a great time, Allison!  February brings delightfully mild weather, and you'll be there just in time to experience the 2019 Epcot® International Festival of the Arts.  See ya real soon!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
