Hoping to stay at Disney's Beach Club and enjoy the lazy river at the pool. Read that intertubes can be rented. What's the rental rate and can we use our own floatation devices instead?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alan. I hope you're having a great week. Thanks for stopping by with your questions for us.

My family recently stayed at Disney's Yacht Club, adjacent to Disney's Beach Club, and absolutely loved the location, architecture and atmosphere, and of course, Stormalong Bay. We spent countless hours in the lazy river and sliding down the life-size shipwreck water slide. The sand-bottomed pools felt strange initially, but it helped to massage our achy feet!

Inner tubes are available for Guests to use in the lazy river and they are complimentary. Simply grab an empty inner tube and bask in the sun along the lazy river. Life guards are positioned all around the pools. You're able to bring your own inflatable armbands (swim wings, floaties etc) for children, and there are also life jackets available for Guests.

If you get hungry or need a cold treat, Hurricane Hanna's Waterside Bar and Grill is just right there for your enjoyment.

I hope this information is helpful for you, Alan. If you have further questions, please visit us on the Panel again.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
