    Shannon from DE Asked

Hello! Hoping that you can help! So excited about the possibility of using fast pass for be our guest lunch. When I tried visiting the site, it first asked for my disney email and password, but then it asked for my reservation ID? It only takes #'s.

    Hi Shannon,

Dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant is guaranteed to be a beastly-good time!  I hope the limited-time FastPass+ option they've been testing for lunch becomes a permanent offering for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels.  When you visit beourguestlunch.disney.go.com to check availability for your vacation dates, you'll be asked to log into your Disney account.  You'll then be asked for your 12-digit confirmation number.  You're correct that the system only accepts numbers.  If your confirmation number has both numbers and letters, there are a few things you can do to find your find that 12-digit number.
    • If you booked a room only or a vacation package directly with Disney, visit the My Reservations & Tickets page in My Disney Experience and it's most likely shown there.  If you're within 60 days of your arrival, you can also find that 12-digit number by hovering your cursor over the "Check In Online" link and looking at the last numbers in the link.  Clicking that link and checking the last digits in the URL is another option.
    • If you booked with a travel agent, they should be able to provide that number for you.
    • If you've received your Magical Express luggage tags, the number will be printed on those.

Hopefully, one of those options will work for you and you'll be dining in Beast's Castle soon.  If not, just give Walt Disney World a call at (407) 939-5277 and the Cast Members should be able to help you out.

Wishing you a most magical vacation, Shannon!  Please visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if we can help answer any other questions.
