We just got home from our first 3day trip to Disneyland and now that we're home I was trying to get all photos we had by purchasing a Maxpass, but it only gave me the ones from today, we wanted our 1st night photos by the Xmas tree. But how? Help!

Hey there, Kristine! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question. I hope you had an absolutely splendid time at the Happiest Place on Earth! I love looking at our photos after we return home from a trip to relive all the wonderful memories we made.

Disney MaxPass provides access to all PhotoPass photos captured on a day that you were actively using MaxPass. This means that MaxPass cannot be purchased after the fact to access photos taken in the past. If you purchased and were using MaxPass during all three days of your trip, then you should have access to all the photos taken. Call the PhotoPass Guest Support line at (714) 520-7106 to see if they can troubleshoot your issue. If you didn’t purchase MaxPass for all the days of your trip either in advance or on each day, you will need to buy downloads of your images individually or purchase PhotoPass+ One Week to gain access to all your photos.

You will want to ensure that all your photos are linked to your account. If anyone in your group were given PhotoPass cards from photographers, you can link them by using the Disneyland app to scan the barcode on the card or by manually linking the ID number. Additionally, if there were any attraction photos that you haven’t linked yet, you will link them to your account by manually inputting the photo ID number.

I hope this information is helpful. Have a magical day!
