    Susan from Hants Asked

Hiya! We need to exchange our e-ticket for park tickets when we first get there. What time to ticket offices open?

Hello, Susan! Thank you so much for finding the Disney Parks Moms Panel for help with your upcoming vacation! I know you’re just as excited as me when I get those emails printed out to exchange for tickets! The ticket and will call offices at Magic Kingdom often open an hour before the park opens, ready to help you exchange those e-tickets for RFID -equipped ticket cards. The Guest Services ticket windows to the right of the park entrance is where you will want to go. I love doing such business the night of my arrivals, since lines are the shortest while the parks are already open. Morning lines can be fairly full! The other parks typically open around 30 minutes before park opening.

Of course, if you’d like the ultimate in convenience, I’d recommend picking up a MagicBand from the Disney Store or online at www.disneystore.com. Once you have his band in hand, you can then link up your e-ticket using its 12-digit ID number to your My Disney Experience account and it can then be scanned via MagicBands (which use RIFD technology). This also means quick scannable access to your FastPass+, PhotoPass photos, and even a credit card to purchase snacks and merchandise via your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. You can follow the directions here for linking using that 12-digit number, or call (407)939-4357 for added assistance from a Cast Member.

Using a MagicBand means no guest services lines during your park visit for hard tickets, and your MagicBand has a battery which is good for 2-4 years. Plus, I like to collect all of the colors - one for every outfit! If I can help you with any more ticket issues, please let me know; I’m here to help! Have a magical vacation. ~ Lindsey P.
