    Hi, Will probably buy an annual pass in the next few days for our trip at the end of October. Can I get the discount on the Halloween party as soon as the pass is paid for? Also I’m in Canada so will have to pick up the actual pass at will call?

    Hello Martine! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    As both a Canadian and a Walt Disney World Resort Passholder, I have experienced exactly the same issue as you posted in your inquiry.

    When you purchase your Walt Disney World Annual Pass, it will be linked to you in your My Disney Experience Account. Once it is linked and you log in, you should have access to Annual Passholder benefits. This means that Special Offers and discounts on Special Event tickets awarded to Annual Passholders should be activated, including Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you do not receive the discounts, I recommend you contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support via email or by speaking to a Cast Member at (407) 560-7277.

    To activate your Annual Pass for the first time, you will have to visit a Theme Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations at Disney Springs once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. You will be asked for photo identification and given your Annual Pass at that time.

    Be sure to look into the Special Offer for Canadian Residents on Theme Park Admission for any Family & Friends who may be traveling with you, but not purchasing an Annual Pass.
